Meanings and Stages of Peace

PEACE

Peace is a state of mind, like anger is. Peace a final state that all things want to achieve. A final or probable final one after which another stage would come, that of unrest and again all things must move in a certain manner, naturally or by an applied effort, to attain it back and if possible forever.

Peace in this frame of space time what we conciously or unconciously act towards. In the most general terms we are living to die in the end.

And within the time frame of the above stated general law for peace, we have examples like we work to earn in the end, we earn to buy eatables to fulfill our hunger in the end. Had this state of peace been permanent, we wouldn't need to act afterwards, but it becomes temporary and thus we need to start off a new struggle to attain a temporary peace in the end.

All objects have states of activity/rest with each other, we can't be active all the time nor resting all the time and that's how the Almighty and Most Gracious and Ever Wise Lord made things run.

We know well of the mightier love and the tinier lust, and how each works (if not everything about them then definitely the basics). We know how love is everlasting and lust is temporary, how both are important and how even more important is that love should be the master of all lust and that's how it'd be like fire "The good slave and a bad master" under the rule of a loving heart.

Why many walk on lust's path is since its easy but face failiure in the end, and how a few good hearted ones walk on the love's path and over all hardness they'd find everlasting victory.

Love, more spiritual than material (we've seen people deeply in love living away from each other for long that's because it's engraved in their spirits) - let's not get too scientific and nothing much is spiritually discovered in that sense - and we've also seen relations based on lust and that's how we can find couples being very close with each other and cheating on the latter without even feeling or perhaps a little guilty about it... This is to describe the spiritual and the material, and we have peace at both stages, following the route of each one, that of spirit being everlasting and that of lust is being quite much temporary.

The above discription of the two states of mind of the human race in the most general form has the attribute of 'peace' attached to them, and hence I coher:

There are two states of peace. Peace that's everlasting, and peace that's temporary. Corresponding to the need from which it arose to fulfill.

Dynamics of Peace:

The demands of life would always cause a certain amount of disturbance in our being, the natural movement towards its fulfillment would become our attempt to establish peace.

A thief would steal to fill his needs, attaining a temporary peace and then as soon as it's gone he's on for another project! Guess who's peace he's going to disturb (would be explained in the inter social related states of peace)

A Few Statements of 'Peace' and their interpretations:

I'm at peace with myself because everything is going alright.

Interpretation:

There's no struggle within me to adjust myself to my surrounding nature in order to fulfill or attain a balance, a harmony or a state of rest.

Things are already at rest so I'm not compelled to do much and that's how I've attain peace within myself.

I'm at peace with the world:

Interpretation:

The world around me is moving with all of its forces, spiritual and the material in a certain manner that although I'm not doing much that disturbs the balance of forces and feelings within me, they're getting harmonised with the changes occurring outside.

When I'll die I'll find peace:

Interpretation:

Death is the end of all struggle of life with other lives around us, and at times inner peace is so disturbed that neither there's enough hope to regroup the shattered ones, nor is there any to attain one by an available guidance or a source of energy to help us last. And the more we last the worst it gets.

The final state of rest when one no longer has to be encircled in the world of disturbances is the state of final peace. Rest in Peace is not just said like that, it's a meaningful phrase.

Satisfaction:

The state of mind of accepting all the dynamics of nature towards peace and working on a way to attain a natural and effortless state of being to adjust untill a higher state of peace is further attained, and untill then there shouldn't be any disturbances within.

Attaining Peace by Patience:

Patience is a tool that one can apply to one's state of mind, a mental pressure affecting the other two ends of life, the spiritual on one end of the mental and the material on the other side. This patience is like an army controling an internal disturbance in a nation.

Indeed, an army is equipped with force surpassing all that the public has and ofcourse has the command of the highest authority (the state government: Here, it's your mind) to do so.

Public would deffinetly not like this forceful attempt to establish peace, since the public has demands, but the government on the other hands has responsibilities to fulfill, and they can't listen to the public and go ahead with doing what's right in establishing law and order.

Public here is the emotional heart, the demanding and ever wanting heart.

It's indeed, the same call towards controlling the self that sages have called for, described from a new prespective and a new outlook. Indeed, patience has that magnificient affect on us and it certainly does make a difference.

A need arises, you have a few resources and can't at a certain moment. If needs aren't controlled then you'd be out of control sooner or later (this is what happens to a government when they can't fulfill demands and are toppled, unless they have force and power that none can harm them), and this internal force is pateince, and as a resutl control.

To be toppled over is like a good person becoming a theif, and vice versa... And that's an insight into the change of heart... Something like a new topic and soon we'd like to discuss that as well...

Thanks to the Almighty God who enabled me to write all this, made me think deep enough to reach all conclusions, I thank him with all my heart for providing all the necessary reasons to make me reach at this level. I praise him the creator of everything and ask him to send his blessings and peace upon all the prophets and holy massengers that he sent to mankind to enlighten them, the last of whom was the prophet mohamed (may God's peace and blessings be upon him and his family and righteous followers).
